Exhibitor Applications are being accepted now and we would love for you to join us this year!

 
If you exhibited with us last year and all of your information is the same, the process is super simple.  Simply email us saying "Your Company" is in!   I will take care of the rest of the details for you and send you an invoice via square.  All companies that respond before November 1st will get a complimentary social media shout out!
 
If you have never exhibited with us before you may be thinking why on earth would I want to do this show.  Well, our experience with over 36 years of successful events proves that we are the perfect place to showcase your products and drive traffic to your business. Locally owned and operated  by seasoned event professionals that have been in the Central Texas event industry for over 25 years, we know this market better than any one and we know what it takes to get your ideal client in front of you and we have proven it time and time again.

It's an opportunity to not only meet new potential couples, but visit with our wedding vendor family! It's an event we go to every year (and the only bridal show!) We love the face to face interaction hearing about everyone's upcoming events.  Jennifer and Eddie (and Caitlin!) always put on a spectacular event and you can see they are passionate not only for their business but giving us the opportunity to put ourselves out on the map to showcase our businesses!

Space Requirements

Door Prize:

All exhibitors of the With This Ring Bridal show are required to provide a door prize. 

This door prize must hold a value of at least $50, and it must be a tangible item or service that you will give to the bride that day.

The door prize cannot be stipulated with a purchase. 

It cannot come in the form of a discount or $ off.

Examples include: gift basket, cash, or gift certificates with no additional purchase necessary. 

Throughout the show we will announce winners of the door prizes and direct them to your booth to pick up their prize.

The information must be turned in with your booth application in order for your booth to be assigned. If for whatever reason your proze does not meet show requirements we will contact you. 

Adding stipulations such as: prize is non transferable; cannot be used towards previous purchase; must be booked by ...; no cancellations or reschedules; are all acceptable stipulations that can be added to your prizes.
